  8. NEWSEDIT v1.3  is for all those SysOps who prefer to keep a continuously
  9. updated news file on their Bulletin Board System.  Program can be operated
  10. from either the command line or interactive menu included.  Offers mouse
  11. support as well.  In addition to importing text from an existing file,
  12. NEWSEDIT will also launch the text editor of your choice to create new text
  13. to import into your existing news file.

  15. For those of you who are anxious to start, just put all of the included files
  16. into a directory and type NEWSEDIT from the command line.  Then select
  17. Configuration from the pull down menu system and fill out each of the
  18. options provided.  At this point, you can select the File menu and off you
  19. go!
